Dr. Jeff Fester - Bio
Cosmetic & General Dentist
Dr. Jeffrey Fester is a 1983 graduate of Auburn University. He completed dental training at the Medical College of Georgia in 1987, which included an internship with the United States Coast Guard at Governor’s Island, New York. He is a member of The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and The International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Fester gives lectures nationally and enjoys an international clientele, with patients that travel from England, France, Germany and South Africa. Dr. Fester grew up in the Atlanta area and resides in Alpharetta with his wife and children.

Judy
Appointment & Financial Coordinator
Judy has been working with Dr. Fester for 13 years. She is experienced in treatment, planning, insurance filing, scheduling and is CPR certified. Judy has been working in the dental field for 20 years. “I enjoy coming to work to be with my other family. Our working atmosphere is not only professional but fun as well.” Outside the office she enjoys camping, boating, gardening and travel.

Kathy
Dental Hygienist
Kathy is Dr. Fester’s hygienist. She celebrated 20 years working with him last year! She earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at Diablo Valley and Clayton State Universities. “There are published reports on the direct correlation between oral health and general body health. I do my best to impart this information to our patients and take pride in knowing my hygiene skills play an important role in their overall health.” Outside the office, Kathy enjoys traveling, gardening, Sophie – her dog, and Greg – her husband (not in that order).

Lisi
Dental Hygienist
Lisi earned her degree in Dental Hygiene at Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC. She has a passion for Dental Hygiene and continuing education. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and actively participates with the state (GDHA) and local components (ADHS). She is fluent in Spanish and English. “I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Fester for 20 years. It has been a blessing for me to have been able to develop the relationships we have with our patients.” In her free time, Lisi enjoys being outside (especially on a beach), and spending time with family and friends.

Sima
Dental Assistant
Sima is a 1999 graduate of the Medix School of Dental Assisting in Marietta, GA and has been working closely with Dr. Fester for 13 years. She is fluent in both English and Farsi. Her goal is to ensure that you are completely comfortable and secure knowing that Dr. Fester will provide you with the best in dental care. Besides assisting, Sima makes sure that our clinical equipment and supplies are maintained, while keeping overhead under control. Sima has been married for 28 years. Her son is a student at Kennesaw University. Outside the office she enjoys cooking, gardening, and entertaining her many family and friends.

Valerie
Dental Assistant
Valerie has been a dental assistant for 13 years, working closely with Dr. Fester for 6 of those years. Her extensive dental experience and attention to detail helps to relax patients and makes your dental procedure easier and more pleasant. Valarie’s outgoing personality contributes to the relaxed, friendly and interpersonal atmosphere of the office. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and plans on going back to school to finish her biology degree.

Tracy
Dental Assistant & Front Office
Tracy brings over 30 years of experience to our dental practice and is the newest member of our team. She started her career as an expanded duties dental assistant and with her clinical background has moved successfully to the front office. Besides being that first friendly voice you hear, don’t be surprised if you should look up and find her assisting Dr. Fester at your next appointment! Outside the office she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.
